wasdavetheroad
Some of you may have received an email from Dave Rees at BlueRail Trains about new developments. No details yet but if you go to the contact page on their site you can sign up for the mailing list. It is worth looking at the videos they have there even if they are based on the Bluehorse board. It has been a long wait since their first Bluehorse board but I thought that was pretty impressive but too large for a lot of locos. bluerailtrains.com
Ron Ron Ron
It has been a long and frustrating wait for any news, but despite the confidentiality issues, the manufacturing partner of BlueRail Trains has now agreed for some snippets of information to be aired in public. No specific details will be released for some time yet, but there is confidence this new mk2 and more extensive version of the original product, will be launched later this year. Does this belong in the "Radio Control" though? This subject is a different area to both "Radio Control" and "DCC", even though it uses a form of radio control (Bluetooth) and is now said to be fully compatible with DCC. .
