RMweb Premium jjb1970 Posted April 5, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 5, 2019 Not sure it's a colour I'd have selected but at least the ships are distinctive and it makes a change from the usual colours (black, blue, green).
45125
The colour might be easier to spot when they fall off ships............ 2

37114
Surprised that ONE have repainted so many trucks and containers already, shipping containers is a low margin business. They are technically a collaboration of a number of previous shipping lines, including K Line and Mitsui OSK. Edited April 5, 2019 by 37114
RMweb Premium njee20 Posted April 5, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 5, 2019 Yes they've certainly been very proactive in repainting boxes, you see loads of them over here considering how new they are.

Steadfast
Saw a ONE branded truck at Southampton the other day, it was a way off but I think it had a Maritime logo on the rear of the cab. If so, presumably it's a customer livery tie up. It was bright enough for the other half to pass comment about a hideous colour for a lorry! https://www.flickr.com/photos/78213075@N04/47307825041/in/photolist-dDdYrZ-491wd4-2f5qYcT Maritime have up as far as KU68GYS, so it seems likely GYT is one of there's too then. Very few if any containers are being repainted. They're new containers and obviously any containers ordered now will wear the new livery.
RMweb Premium Banger Blue Posted April 6, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 6, 2019 First saw a couple of these ONE pink containers interspersed on a Freightliner at Reading West Jn, as I whizzed past on a train. To top it all off was the FL 66 which had just been out shopped in their new owner’s Orange livery! You definitely needed your sunglasses that day!
