Patrick Blake
I personally find any attempt in motorizing 4mm scale deep level tube stock to be an arduous process, whether it be EFE, Metromodels or Radley. Bachmann's low floor motor/shaft arrangement works really well, pity they didn't make an additional power car from one of the 4 add-on cars you could buy. In the mean time, for what there is that isn't Ready-to-run, we're stuck with Blackbeetle and Tenshodo motor bogies which are neither cheap or easy to come by and from my experience not very reliable either. Lord of Narnia
Just a few more photos of the finished 1967/72 tube stock which is going off to the manufactures on Monday. There is also flush glazing to go with it. Phil says there has been quite a lot of interest. I will be making a set up as 1972mk2 stock refurbished. 4

Is it worth considering the very good motorised chassis's by Replica Railways?
RMweb Gold Metr0Land Posted October 20, 2019 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 20, 2019 I've had a couple of Endo power bogies from Metromodels which I find very good, though they don't seem to be on his site any more.
Erixtar1992
If you pair tenshodos up in a single car and a single dcc chip they run very well.
