woodbine
I bought some Ambis Tram Track TT4 while ago to model a short cosmetic section of track, but can find no explanation or comprehensible instructions anywhere, either in the packet, the Ambis website, on here or elsewhere on the internet. And it has me completely baffled. Can anybody point me to an answer?
decauville1126
http://www.ambisengineering.co.uk/Tramtrack.pdf I've used flatbottom rail laid on it's side and also the P D Hancock method of bullhead rail with flatbottom on it's side to provide the groove/checkrail soldered.
woodbine
Yes, the PDF is the same as the sheet it came with, but isn't very informative. Thanks for the idea of rail on it's side, it sounds easier and is towards the back of the layout anyway.
