Points inlaid in concrete

I'm thinking of adding a dock module to the end of my H0e layout, and would like to inset all the track in what looks like concrete or possibly cobbles. I'm modelling H0e, but out of lazyness, and because I want to inset the track anyway, I'm using N gauge peco code 55 track.

 

How would I go about keeping the points functioning, but still having them inset into concrete? Has anyone done something similar? I have 2 3 way points, and the rest are standard long radius points.

Have a look at Bristol Docks for concrete infilled track.

The points are kept functioning by either continuous check rails or check rails made from angle.

I have posted some pictures but cannot find them.
