As a sort of postscript, the dynamos and battery boxes arrived from Wizard today, and will be added over the next day or so (tonight is booked for some pub rock and general debauchery.   All that is left after this is to fit the cable connectors, which I have, and the seats, which I’m waiting for as an order from Lord and Butler who are getting them from Ratio/Peco for me, a week or two.  

 

The hardest part of this is carving the old battery boxes off the K’s plastic truss and I might have done better to replace the lot!
