Looking good.

What have you used for the hardstanding and how have you secured it?

ordinary 2mm Card, and stuck down with a form of UHU Glue.

This was the effect after powder weathering on West Shed.

What controllers are you using Andy?

Hi Jazzer, I'll be using the Gaugemaster Prodigy 2 on this and Mason Street at the moment, I have the ACE SigNaTrack on the 7mm Seven Mills Sidings, and may invest in another one of those later on.

Today saw the wiring go in, and a short test was completed. I just need to pick up the Switches for the Points and Programming Track tomorrow now. I also cut the Backscene Boards in readiness for final fitting at a later stage.

Nice work,

is that you flying the tomahawk in the picture ?!

Yes it was a Flying Lesson out of Goodwood in Sussex for my 41st Birthday, (that's 28 years ago this coming Saturday). We were delayed an hour due to low cloud, and then called back in 15 minutes early whilst over Selsey Bill due to worsening weather, and the Pilot had trouble locating the Airfield, we had 3 aborts coming in. I never did take up the full course, much to my regret.

Hey, just remember there are Old Pilots, & there are Bold Pilots, but there are no Old, Bold Pilots. ;)

Meanwhile, back to the layout - all that Blue!! & domino headcode boxes!!

wibblewibblewibble....

(we don't seem to have a "drooling" smiley :dontknow: )

Need a Shed like yours mate, can I rent your workshop?

And back to serious matters, I've ordered some Yard Lights from China, so should be here in about 4 to 5 weeks.

I also need to sort out some sort of Road Bridge from the Fiddle Yard, so may go down the same route as Mason Street, but still thinking about that as well.

I picked up a couple of cheap Hornby TTA's today, they need a re spray into Grey and Kadee Couplings fitted but run well enough.

Don't worry Andy, I've plans to spend it in the casino so it won't be there for long!

Short answer is No.

I think I saw you at Nick Palettes show at Armatage last June, but you always seemed very busy, I think you were running a small O Gauge Layout at the time.
