Croppers Models

I'm not sure if anyone is aware, But there's a a model shop in Bridlington called Croppers models. Their address is 17 Lansdowne Road YO15 2QU. It is a family business and they sell model railways (in OO and N), Scalextric, Airfix and Revell kits and more. I've visited them several times and the variety of stock they have is brilliant. There are signs directing you to the shop on the street that it is on.

Last time I went there, I brought two black, weathered, coal filled wagons, a Oxford diecast 1960s police car and a Hornby Railroad model of 09017 in NRM maroon.

I’ve been to Bridlington more times than I can count but to my shame I’ve never visited it even though I’ve walked past it. Mainly because I go on Sundays when it’s shut.

 

It’s a sad state of affairs when the first thing I think when I see a shop in this thread is ‘oh no is another shop closing’.

Croppers is the only model shop in Bridlington and if it closed I would be distraught as it is a really good shop.
