Lima 08 body removal

Hi all,

Can any one tell me how to remove the body from the chassis of the Lima 08 shunter. It has 2 tabs at the back ala early Hornby 0-6-0's. But has 3 screws on the bottom. I just want to know which is the right one to undo. Reason for this is that I have just picked up a nice LMS one in black, but it sounds like either the weight has come loose or some one has added extra weight and it is moving.

The front screw is the one. The weight inside is loose so be aware it doesn't drop out and hit you on the foot!

Thanks for the info. Just out of curiosity is the weight normally loose.

Hi all,

Well I survived the weight ordeal when I opened the 08. Just pushed the weight back into the 2 slots as it appears to be a friction fit. Thanks for the info.
