34theletterbetweenB&D
I see that Tesco (and quite likely our other glorious supermarkets) are selling kilo trays of cherries at a decent price. The cherries alone are self recommending as a purchase. What's left over is a free stacking stock box made in thin MDF. good to take 4 x 4mm mk1 coaches or equivalent (devise your own internal dividers). Manufacturer is Obeikan. https://www.obeikanmdf.com/en/
RMweb Gold Matt C Posted June 4, 2019 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 4, 2019 Towards Christmas you get them with satsumas in. They are good for holding tools, bits and bobs, kits under construction etc. I've now got about 25 of them stacked on shelves
great central
For a good many years now I've used plastic trays that mushrooms are delivered in. The supermarkets used to put them out with the cardboard boxes to take away free, although I'm not sure they do now. The last lot I got from our local IKEA café a year or two back. They'll hold a dozen or so mk1s each but not too strong so wouldn't recommend them for a lot of heavy locos.
