43110andyb
A really fun day out on the NYMR today distributing posters and leaflets for our show, an enjoyable visit to Grosmont books who are attending and the Railway shop model centre who kindly displayed our posters!

43110andyb
As mentioned the venue is quite unique and well worth the visit alone if you haven't been before (the building is the re-built 1842 Darlington to Stockton North rd. station). Entry to the full museum site is included in the admission. https://www.head-of-steam.co.uk (image - thisisdarlington.com) Edited August 25, 2019 by 43110andyb To add info.

OhOh
Well done and thank you to all at DMRC and HoS for arranging/hosting such a good exhibition, which I attended today. Greatly enjoyed the variety of layouts along with the opportunity to view the well presented and very interesting museum. I was also pleased to see, or rather hear, that those layouts featuring sound equipped loco's did so at a sensible volume, which seems to not always be the case. The cafe served a great cuppa too 2
