Red weeds

Does anyone out there know what the red plants are that seem everywhere on BR track at the moment - as in this photo recently at Leicester?

To come back down to earthlings - it looks like herb robert ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geranium_robertianum ) and I get the feeling it's a particularly good year for it !
