We are aiming to give further benefits to our RMweb Gold members and we have arranged a special private viewing day at Pendon Museum on Friday October 18th at no additional charge above the membership fee. The event is limited in number and first dibs was given to the existing Gold members but we do have a very limited number of spaces left. If you would like to try and grab one of the spaces you can become a Gold Member by signing up here. Once you have signed up you can confirm you wish to join in by emailing rmwebgold@warnersgroup.co.uk

It'll be a 10am start for coffee before we split into three groups. You'll then enjoy guided tours of the Madder Valley Railway, Dartmoor Scene and Vale Scene. There will also be a workshop by Mick Bonwick on 'weathering road vehicles' and a talk by  Chris Webber, Tim Peacock and Martin Ray and meet the BRM team. A buffet lunch will be provided too and it's a social occasion too.  The plan is to finish at around 4pm.

RMweb Gold is our new membership scheme that brings with it a whole host of benefits:

All members benefit from:

•    Access to the BRM Digital Library – 160+ magazines going back to 2007, plus all future issues.
•    One free ticket to a Warners exhibition each year.

•    Free copy of 'How to Build Your First Trainset' bookzine (complete with DVD).

•    The ability to sell products in the new RMweb.co.uk ‘Classified’ area.

•    RMweb.co.uk unlimited image size ability per post.
•    RMweb.co.uk increased PM storage.
•    RMweb.co.uk Private Personal Image Gallery.
•    Exclusive RMweb.co.uk Gold Private Forum.

The gap between them and us widens!

Mike.

Not really there have been visits for the general crowd on here, all that’s extra is the buffet and demo. Save the money and buy a sandwich to take next time there’s a general visit ;)

Maybe one of your trips from the sun

will coincide with a plebeian run.

To fulfil your Pendonian fun

but for that you'll have to get lucky!

I'm sure I've heard that somewhere before?

The news that Mike couldn't make it may be coincidental to some more people sticking their names down.

We're down to the last few spots available now.

Sun Spots?  (Just for Moike)*

"Moike" been written especially in a Vale of the White Horse accent.

I must say, that, having visited once or twice a year whilst domiciled in PotentialBorisLand I am not feeling total devastation at not being able to go, (for whichever reason!}, and am doubly glad for Andy's sake that my absence is maybe encouraging others to give it a whirl.

A charity/train set/mindset/dedicated group of supporters which need supporting IMHO, hope it all goes well.

Thank you. We'll be organising other events during the year.

Good to hear that commercial players in the industry will be making a contribution towards maintaining what is a wonderful institution.

We like to feature Pendon regularly whether it be in BRM, video features online or on the DVD as a way of keeping awareness there within the hobby. I do a workshop day each year which brings in revenue to the museum as Pendon is one of the best adverts there is for the high end of the hobby.
