Double tuning fork layout

I'd certainly be tempted to use Y points instead, yes, as they are not as sharp and so look better (less train-set like) and give a more flowing natural layout

Y points would look loads better, have you seen Brew St by Chris Nevard, a stunning layout similar in size to yours an uses three points, not quite a tuning fork but well worth looking at for some inspiration.
