Djh pickersgill 4-4-0

Does anyone have one of these discontinued kits they are willing to part with? Preferably unbuilt but would consider a built or part built.

Do you mean the Dunalistair 1 kit as I don't think DJH did the Pickersgill one, that was Nu-cast iirc.

I think I have an original Dunalistair 1 with the big tender somewhere.

If you want the Pickersgill 72 Dave at SEF will do one for you. Parts are a bit flashy and iffy - I got Autocom to run me off one just before he gave up, but it went together OK with the usual fettling.

Dave I'm not sure, I'm trying to find one of the locos that ran in the 1960s

Many will know Dave isn't at SEF now. He is planning to re-introduce the NuCast range (or some of them), but no timescale yet. I am interested in a class 72, and live in hope!

Anyone know if any of the (probably) LMS/R Walschaerts valve gear locos had a return crank rod 6'9" long? May seem a daft question, but am looking for a valve gear kit which might give me a 'ready-made' lubricator link rod for a Pickersgill c;lass 72 loco. In 4mm scale it was 27mm long!
