michaelp
Which is the best way to simulate the thick grease on loco buffers, is it a paint effect or is it done another way? Thanks in advance.
RMweb Gold Dunsignalling Posted September 6, 2019 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 6, 2019 (edited) Try experimenting by smearing a little thick grey paint (with the sort of texture you find stuck to your stirring rod when half way through stirring the tinlet) where required. Once satisfied, allow to dry and add a touch of satin varnish to give it a slight sheen. John Edited September 6, 2019 by Dunsignalling
