St Bees, Cumbrian Coast

After a lot of searching for the ideal track plan for the space I have, beginning with overly complex to the down right ridiculous, I’ve settled on a track plan of St Bees on the Cumbrian Coast, set in the present day, which fits the space I have, a regular passenger service, both loco hauled and units, plus interesting freights which would be prototypical in not being very long.

 

I found the plan and station by luck as a friend in the US asked me to help him find a interesting single track mainline and I found this.  He dismissed it, so I thought I’d have it.  

 

I’m looking for station and signal box plans so I can scratch build those (eventually) and also a up to date track and signalling diagram would be most useful.
