Trying to edit signature

I've been trying to edit my signature but when I hit save I keep getting the message 'signature spans too many lines' even though it's only 3 lines and it says you can have up to 4.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

The line count includes blank lines, you have 5 lines in your signature therefore.
