I would hope that RE wouldn't object to a reproduction of a 21 year old edition of their mag- and if they do the legal work 'round is that we are showing a part of it for the purposes of "review". And my review is that they are a heck of a lot better than other general interest titles at reporting model railway stuff.

They were spread across several issues in 1999, there used to be a monthly feature on coaching stock, with different operator featured each time, I’ve filed away my REX collection for the time being or otherwise I’d check! 
 

If you’re interested in the time period you could do a lot worse than getting the complete year’s worth of mags on eBay, only a few pound each copy and going back through them it’s a proper nostalgic blast from the past!!
