Ah, yes they do look like dynamos. Although with that long a shaft the bearings must have taken a beating.

Good question. I have been trying to remember who produced them but my memory is struggling. I have a vague feeling they were early P4 Studiolith. If that is the case they probably did not have heads as you were expected to drill them out and use their turned steel heads.

These are of no use to me but rather than throw them away as there are 6 sets of four, someone must have a use for them. I will put them on eBay at a 99p start

 

I also have 5 pairs of GCR ? Parker 8' bogie etchings, they have A Gibbs on them, these also are of no use to me, again I will list them at what I feel is a low start price for etchings
