Freight Connection
Good Afternoon... Regarding 1980s Speedlink services I would like to model a couple of the wagons that would've carried the lorry cabs, as per the picture below. Have had a look around without success, could a kind soul point me in the right direction for the rail wagons used. I model in N, and am quite happy to kit bash if not commercially available. There were also some Freightliner FFA/FGA fitted with modified flat containers for vehicle transport, along with Carflats.

hmrspaul
The container flat conversion to Freightflats - perhaps an easier conversion if modelling in 4mm. https://paulbartlett.zenfolio.com/brfreightflat Paul
47406
Those Freightflats look like an interesting and eminently doable conversion... does any one know when they were used until ?

I've not found any record of the end of service of the original ones, but the concept was to appear again post-privatisation, using AAE Megafrets.
