emat Posted December 15, 2019 Share Posted December 15, 2019 I've had some dramas trying to get the DR5000 to connect to my PC which I solved by changing usb cable I then tried to update the firmware and got this error. AVR device initialized and ready to accept instructions Device signature = 0x1e9744 erasing chip reading input file "prog\DR5000.hex" writing application (158568 bytes): Error: DFU_DNLOAD failed: libusb0-dll:err [control_msg] sending control message failed, win error: A device attached to the system is not functioning. Error: Failed to set memory unit 0x00 (Flash) Error: DFU_DNLOAD failed: libusb0-dll:err [control_msg] sending control message failed, win error: A device attached to the system is not functioning. I have tried to factory reset but with no success. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix this. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
