JeffP
Sorry, just spent a half hour searching and cannot find it. Tried terms like Machine tools, lathe, etc etc, to no avail. Thanks in advance.
RMweb Premium Kylestrome Posted December 15, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 15, 2019 Is this the one? HTH, David PS. It's often easier to use a 'proper' search engine (eg. DuckDuckGo or Google) to find things on RMweb!

JeffP
That's the one. I was looking in Modelling Questions, so it never found it. Sigh.
RMweb Premium Torper Posted December 16, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 16, 2019 (edited) It would perhaps be helpful to have a specific section for modelling and machine tools. DT Edited December 16, 2019 by Torper Typo
JeffP
Maybe, but that thread runs to four pages, yet was way off the radar.
RMweb Premium Torper Posted December 16, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 16, 2019 I'm not sure what you mean by "way off the radar". Certainly, if I wanted to learn something about machine tools (as I recently did) I'd ideally look in a section about tools rather than one about kitbuilding. JeffP
Sorry Torper, i meant it had slipped quite a few pages back, after no-one posted on it for around four months. But that can happen to any thread.
