Where was the thread on machine tools, please?

Tried terms like Machine tools, lathe, etc etc, to no avail.

That's the one. I was looking in Modelling Questions, so it never found it. Sigh.

It would perhaps be helpful to have a specific section for modelling and machine tools.

Maybe, but that thread runs to four pages, yet was way off the radar.

I'm not sure what you mean by "way off the radar".  Certainly, if I wanted to learn something about machine tools (as I recently did) I'd ideally look in a section about tools rather than one about kitbuilding.

Sorry Torper, i meant it had slipped quite a few pages back, after no-one posted on it for around four months.

But that can happen to any thread.
