LEYHEY42 Posted December 19, 2019 Share Posted December 19, 2019 It looks like the decoder of one of my Hornby trains has got locked up and I need to set it back to the factory defaults. Does anyone in my locality (Ruislip Middlesex) have a DCC controller capable of issuing CV commands that can do this? My Hornby Select is not capable. smokebox Posted December 19, 2019 Share Posted December 19, 2019 (edited) Get your Select upgraded to the latest firmware and you will be able to reset it yourself and program (but not read) CVs. Cost is £15 plus postage to Hornby. Contact them first to get a returns number before sending it to them. Edit.
