As I’m undergoing treatment for “the big C”, I find it difficult to sleep at times but I was looking on YouTube just now and found Tony Wright’s “Little Bytham” which might be of use to you regarding livery variations of coaching stock.

 

Agreed it’s set in the summer of 1958 but you could possibly adapt the stock you have to suit your needs.  You could also send a PM to Tony as he’s a very approachable guy and his wealth of knowledge of the ECML is second to none.
