mdvle Posted December 27, 2019 Author Share Posted December 27, 2019 Or even have the freight railroad lease some Amtrak power, and to be different some of those non-revenue schemes are rarely seen (I know for example up in Canada that in the past CP has leased/borrowed VIA locos when short of power).
