Being Ferrari's No1 brings a lot of expectation & pressure with it. Ferrari have apparently admitted their current car design is poor so they will not be competitive for the first 2 races. They are working on upgrades for the 3rd race in Hungary. With what could be a very short season, that could be to late. I The reason for the "3 Months" is that protests are made to race stewards, with no racing there was no race stewards to protest to, CH was asked and explained that the Friday was the first occasion when they could protest and wanted to do so on the Friday to get it cleared up at the earliest possible point in the weekend so as to not spoil the result on Sunday.
