Scottish Blue/Grey DBSO

A question about the class 47/7 push-pull sets from the early 1980's. Were all the MK2f DBSOs painted in scotrail first before the relevant coaching stock, understanding that could change from day to day. Trying to find a photo of a Blue/grey DBSO leading scotrail painted stock and/or class 47/7?

Hi there,

 

I do not remember seeing a B/G DBSO with a full rake of Scotrail coaches, That does not mean it didn't happen!

 

Take a look at the various repaint dates and the periods do overlap though.

 

I remember seeing them with the odd Scotrail liveried Mk 3.

 

I also remember seeing the DBSO in the Scotrail livery with B/G mk3 coaches.

 

A case of keep searching the photos via Google and see if any turn up that you are looking for.
