BRM Cake Box Challenge Round 4 - Winner

Recommended Posts

And the winner is...

Colliery Terrace built by Chris Chewter

Congratulations to Chris who wins £100 worth of Humbrol products and an Oxford Rail Janus shunter courtesy of Golden Valley Hobbies.

Everyone agreed that this was possibly the strongest round of the competition so far. The BRM team couldn't decide which ones were our favourite as each and every one was a superb model.

We hope this has encouraged more people to have a go at some modelling. The competition will be rested for a few months which we think of something new. Watch this space...

Congratulations mate, it’s a great diorama. It reminded me a little of Leighton buzzard narrow gauge railway. Just the standard gauge version. :)

Congrats, it's a nicely atmospheric little scene, with that tree and the houses :)

Got home today to find that a parcel from Golden Valley Hobbies had arrived. I’ve very excitedly given it a quick run up and down the test track and it runs very nicely.

My son and myself will enjoy running it next time we’re out operating the layout. Many thanks BRM and Golden Valley Hobbies!

Yes, what a nice diorama! In fact, I ought to try something like this. This is something I have a mind to work on.
