Any advice previous experience welcome/

Cheers from Oz,

CDC Design is Charlie Connor, L49 on here.

He usually designs loco bodies to fit on an appropriate Hornby chassis.

I'll ask about it.

That would be much appreciated Peter. I intend to use a Bachmann L&Y 2.4.2 chassis for this kit, not totally accurate but very reliable. I had tried to contact CDC through Shapeways to see if he could supply the body only and maybe save a few dollars, but I am not convinced the message got to him, it seemed a very parlous process!

thanks in advance,

Peter C.

I am chatting to him now.

A friend of his is trying the Bachmann chassis, but he doesn't believe it will fit.

Thanks Peter, please keep me informed.

PS. Is yours a 'Gold Leaf/Team Lotus' S4? Drove one a few times 'back in the day'!

cheers,

Peter C.
