  • 5 weeks later...

Five weeks to go and plenty happening behind the scenes

All layouts and traders have been sent the get-in details (that took place about a month ago)

The show guide is well on its way to finished, just a couple of advertisers confirmations needed.  Our friendly local (Bingham) printer is sorting out the quote.

I've contacted Rachel the caterer and things are in hand.

I've also booked the venue for the 2022 show......

  • Les1952 changed the title to South Notts Model Railway Show 2020- show now cancelled

Update-  the show is now CANCELLED.

We actually took the decision two days ago but held back the announcement to allow me time to ring round all of our exhibitors and traders individually out of politeness.

I NEARLY achieved that - just an odd one missed due to phones being engaged or emails bouncing....

Bingham Model railway Club wish you a productive and safe few months and we look forward to seeing you on March 27th and 28th next year.

We are also investigating the possibility of having a club open day in a local village hall some time in the autumn.

Les Richardson

Show manager.
