KeithMacdonald
I was another a look at some of the old Cornish railway stations on NLS (as you do). Just spotted something I've never noticed before - "Mail Apparatus". This set of three is about 400m from Grampound Road station. I'm imagining the postie had to carry them alongside the track from the station (yes? no?) How common was that across Cornwall (or further east)? It would be a nice feature to go with some TPO coaches.
