Leander
Covid-19 Outbreak Plans are in place for both expoEM Spring and expoEM Autumn. At this stage it is impossible to know whether either of these events will take place. The Government will issue guidelines on gatherings and we suspect that there is a great possibility that we will need to cancel the one or both of these events. Alternatively the event venues may decide to cancel the bookings. Whatever happens we will advise you via an update here and on the EMGS website https://www.emgs.org/. We do realise that it will be sad to cancel, but the health and well-being of everyone is far more important. Should you be in an ‘at risk’ category then we suggest that you seriously consider not attending even if the events proceed.
Leander
In view of the Government’s latest advice re avoiding “non-essential” contact, the EMGS has made the decision to cancel expoEM Spring. We realise that this will cause disappointment to many people but the Society is of the firm belief that it would be foolish to ignore the advice and go ahead with the show.
