RMweb Premium newbryford Posted March 31, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 31, 2020 Anyone for a 2-car Voyager? The "spare" driving cars of 221144 at Crewe in 2011 - they were used for staff training purposes. The two inner vehicles were used to make up two of the other 4-car 221s to 5-car sets. Apparently they were not allowed out under their own power as some of the critical systems are carried on the inner vehicles of the set.

If they did, then running a 2 car would be feasible, although voyagers are short enough as it is!
