exmoordave Posted April 4, 2020 Share Posted April 4, 2020 The Exmoor Coast Railway Modellers have to announce that their annual show, EXMOOR RAIL - on Saturday 1st August - has been cancelled. Hardly a surprise we know in the current situation, peoples' health and welfare has to come first. We have been in discussions with the venue and we have booked the show for 2021 on Saturday 7th August, and many existing bookings have agreed to transfer to that date. This year's show was to have been our 10th anniversary show, so that honour will now belong to next year's show!!! We hope to see you there! We couldn't afford to take a chance, and to try and find another date later in the year was impractical for all sorts of reasons - so now on to 2021 - fingers crossed. Most of the layouts originally booked for this year's show have readily agreed to appear for our rearranged 10th anniversary show in 2021. In addition, we have had a very positive response for future shows, so layouts already booked for 2022 and 2023!! How's that for positive thinking...
