Hi guys

Just wanting to check and see if anyone can advise which of the USA tanks had the full suite of modifications carried out on them before 1948? (windows, steps, etc)

Hoping to renumber one of the model rail offerings!

Thanks in advance

I have also added the side windows to the Model Rail USTC version to create number 72 as she was between introduction in April 47 and July 48

Hi Jack

The very first modifications before they entered service was to add the can side windows , they ran with the original bunkers at first that were then changed to the extended type at the same time the cabs were modified with square windows to improve forward and rear visibility along with roof ventilators.
