RMweb Gold Darius43 Posted May 25, 2020 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted May 25, 2020 (edited) Centre coach window frames painted. That’s enough frame painting for one day. I have noticed that there is a slight error in the etched sides in so far as the lower edge of the toilet windows in the centre and driving trailer coaches should be slightly higher than the regular windows. There is no easy way to correct this as far as I can see so I have left the windows “as etched”. RMweb Gold Darius43 Posted May 25, 2020 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted May 25, 2020 (edited) Door handles and grabs picked out using a gold lining pen. This is a lot easier than the cocktail stick and gold enamel paint method I used previously. I just need to remember to give the gold “ink” time to dry before handling the coaches to avoid leaving gold fingerprints on the paintwork...
