eastwestdivide
Companies House website has no 'S' on Bowater or Bowater-Scott, but locally it was often known as Bowaters, much as people add an 'S' to all sorts of companies/shops etc. I'm off to Marks & Spencers, he works at Bowaters, that sort of thing. See also the local history page http://www.rainham-history.co.uk/latest/172-tesco-bowaters-ball-water-tower where the text by a local calls it Bowaters, but the roundabout sign says Bowater!
