Maybe the ideal scale?

Depending on the exact rail section going into the jig, if it's not too much wider, maybe you could file the rail down a touch on the non-flange side. Not really a goer if the discrepancy is large, but may be worth considering for a couple of thou.

I have to say it's a really nice scale. It would be quite easy to scale some of our 7mm stuff down and and have a go but time and space.

I use a similar method but my disc sander is way too big so I use files and the edge of my workbench...like a freestyle artisan
