Micro terminus with loop

how are you and I am fine by lockdown 

 

I am more aware that very small terminus and loop in whereabouts by uk or wales or Scotland by realising in 1990s with overgrown grass on tracks

Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, had a run around loop that had been unused for many years when a series of steam operated special workings with a 4 coach rake and BR standard 4MT 2-6-4T 80080 were run in the area in 1991 or 2.  The loop had to be cleared of overgrown grass and weeds, and the ground frames greased up and operated, as well as the telephone communications from them to the signal box 6 miles away checked and repaired if necessary.  A trial train was run the week before the special with the same rake of mk2 coaches and a 37.
