Broadoak
I have had a rummage in my old files to see if I could find anything suitable to post that is both interesting and looks realistic. A photograph showing a variety of Rock Island power at Benson taken some years ago. Showing from left to right, a doodle bug railcar, an SW9 yard switcher and an EMD BL2 road switcher. Thank you Tim, alas the layout is no more, as I'm now continuing with the same theme in 7mm scale. 7719 takes a break from shunting at Bleddfa Road....... So nice to see Bleakhouse Road again, one of my all time favourite layouts. Geoff Edited May 21, 2021 by sparky 18 1

The layout is still extant, simply in storage in Kernow Towers, whilst the focus is on other projects. I was aware that the 4mm Llangunllo had been dismantled and I enjoyed your recent article on Bleddfa Road in MRJ, it all looks superb.
Popular Post Cowley 47521
Two days of failures. The 33 packed up at Chapelton and only a 31 was available nearby: Already diverted when the front power car packed up. Captured in fading light, luckily the rear power car is keeping things turned on... Edited May 21, 2021 by Cowley 47521 22

Broadoak
It seems that it is not only over here that people take chances on level crossings. We see here a pick up truck takes a chance and drives over the crossing at Colonel’s crossing during a switching move.
