Popular Post brylonscamel
Pink Granite There's a type of Aberdeen Granite that has a pink hue and is seen across the North East. I tried to reproduce it, using one of the resin-castings 'but & ben' cottages. Hopefully, with a coastal backdrop added to the harbour diorama, it might conjure up a stiff North Sea breeze and a whiff of fish in the air. 33

RMweb Premium Popular Post Dave John Posted October 28, 2021 RMweb Premium Popular Post Share Posted October 28, 2021 Indeed MrKirtley, 1908 was a good year for elegant 4-4-0s. So a bit further North a Dunalastair 1 with a rake of Grampian Corridor stock heads through Kelvinbank in the early evening. 24 3

I know that, this was one of two plastic locomotives I could pick up cheaply just for a model project, that I could use and play around with easily. I cant wait to add the S&W couplings I have just received in the mail, but I do need to focus on the track and bench work... RMweb Premium Popular Post 47137 Posted October 31, 2021 RMweb Premium Popular Post Share Posted October 31, 2021 This is my chaldron wagon for 0 gauge from a Gladiator Models kit: My first attempt at a white metal kit for donkey's years, really pleased with it to be honest. A layout for this is a some way ahead hence a cutting mat as a background. - Richard. 21 6
