Heljan 0 Gauge MK1 Coaches

I am about to try some new magnetic coupling on a Heljan 0 gauge MK1 coach but I am having difficultly Removing the existing link coupling, is there anybody out there could tell me how to remove it.

I've not got a picture and my MK1's aren't here at the moment. If I remember right though, if you turn it upside down, right behind the bufferbeam there is a block of plastic with two screws in, remove these two screws and you should be able to pull the piece of plastic away. I am pretty sure it holds the backs of the sprung buffers in place too so be careful you don't loose any bits. This should then allow you to remove the coupling parts from behind.

Thanks for that , yes I removed the two screws but have been unable to move the plastic block I will try again.

Removed screws but nothing else moves and I am nervous in breaking anything tried prying it but no luck. Help
