RMweb Gold Kaput Posted August 2, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 2, 2020 (edited) Some time ago I decided (for reasons I can't remember) to turn off the remember function state option on my LokSound decoders (by setting CV122 to 0). Decided after a couple of annoyances I'd actually rather have the option on along with the remember speed setting option which should be enabled by setting CV122 to 3. However no matter how I try and set CV122 to anything it remains set to 0. I've tried using my Sprog with JMRI in programming track and POM modes and using my Progidy Express in both modes - nothing works. Even a decoder reset leaves it set to 0 which seems odd when the default is 3. Seems to only affect my LokSound V5's (and it affects at least 3 of the 4 I have). My V4's are fine and the CV can be changed no problems. Any ideas? Edited August 2, 2020 by Kaput
Locoman58
This feature is available since firmware 5.3.113 which came with LokProgrammer software 5.0.12. Maybe you have an older firmware version on the decoder.
RMweb Gold Kaput Posted August 3, 2020 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted August 3, 2020 Well that explains it, my Loksounds are all 5.2 or lower. Will have to add that to the list of reasons to get a LokProgrammer. Thanks.
