RMweb Premium ELTEL Posted August 15, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted August 15, 2020 (edited) Stafford Railway Circle 2021 Exhibition In these uncertain times we have been looking ahead and considering whether we would be in a position to go ahead with the exhibition February 2021 After careful consideration it was decided that with all the unknowns we could not continue with planning for the exhibition in February 2021 and that we should therefore postpone it. We are sorry to have to take this action as I am sure you would normally be looking forward to coming to Stafford as may of you loyal supporters of the exhibition each year. I am sure you will understand our position. The exhibition is still some time away but it is at this time of the year when we start to incur expenses many of which are none recoverable such as hotel costs and insurances. So a decision has had to be taken now. Not all is lost however. We are in talks with our venue over the following year and trust you will be able to join us on February 5th and 6th 2022. We are presently working hard with all of our booked 2021 Exhibitors and Traders to rebook for 2022 enabling us to present a even bigger and better exhibition in 2022 Once again we are really sorry to have to take this decision but, with the uncertainty of the present situation, we feel that we had no alternative. D6775
A real shame Terry, but fully understandable. Stafford has been my only regular exhibition for a long time and bringing a stand with MIOG the last two years has been really enjoyable.

RMweb Premium ELTEL Posted August 16, 2020 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted August 16, 2020 Strange in that snow has only caused travel problems to the Stafford exhibition once in 20 years. But nobody forgets..... So keep your snow shoes In the boot of your car just in case in 2022 we have a return of the white stuff Keep Safe Terry 1
