Where to oil on a ViTrains Class 37?

Hi all,

 

Where do I oil on a ViTrians class 37? 37131 is the model I have, but it didn't come with any instructions on where to lubricate. Also, do I need to take the body or bogies off to access any other parts that need oiling?
