Wagonmaster
Many thanks to Ian Fisher and Lyddrail for their help with this. It has answered my questions and I'll break out with the masking tape and Silver Grey paint over the next few days!
RMweb Premium njee20 Posted September 27, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 27, 2020 Sorry, bit late checking. I couldn’t find my pot of Railmatch paint, I’m sure it was “silver white”, but I have got Phoenix P178 Network South East “White” (their quote marks), which is decided grey, I’d suggest that’s a good option for the body sides. Wagonmaster
Still plodding on with my Wessex Electric. This time a query about tye MBLS. Looking at photos, I can't quite make out if the Guards handrails are proud of the body or inset in recesses. Seems to depend on what photo I'm looking at. Does anyone know for sure? Wagonmaster
Thanks for your quick replies guys! Your photographs definitely show them flush. So, out with the drills and files to make two slots in the brass sides! Thanks again
