Cardboard Passenger Stock and How to Build it E. Rankine Gray

Hi all

 

Would anyone be able to supply me with a copy of pages 2 and 3 of this pamphlet?  I recently scanned and gave away my copy from my late Father to clear up the physical clutter.  I managed not to scan pages 2 and 3! 

 

It's the short "Cardboard Passenger Stock and How to Build it" pamphlet by E. Rankine Gray.  Not the larger instruction booklet.
