Have you done a simple google search?  Heads and bodies popping up all over the place!

They are probably not the hardest things to scratch build from Milliput or similar; elongated blob with eyes and nostrils poked in the front, and if you really want to push the boat out, nasal hairs, flatten the back for the tail and paint it grey/brown; pick the eyes and nose out in gloss black.  For animals 'bottling' in the water, a clean cut behind the ears with some at slightly different angles and Robert is at least one of your direct ancestors' brother.  Bull about 4mm, cows about 2.5, pups 1mm plus in H0.  Cow to bull ratio ballpark about 10:1, after which he has trouble keeping them in order.  Nasal hairs are more prominent on the bull.

 

Don't go overboard on the 'rearing up making a noise' pose; the Bull only does this if he is threatened and the cows don't bother much; they haul out of the water to rest and sunbath. and everything is hard work for a lump of fat designed to be supported by water.  I can identify...
