Bishdurham
Has anybody tried joining the two types of code 75 rail together? I understand that SL110 is claimed to work. With the different rail profile, I wondered about others experience with track.
RMweb Gold Darius43 Posted October 2, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 2, 2020 We have done it in the shed layout - connected a Peco code 100 to 75 adaptor track to Code 75 bullhead flexi track. I will take some photos tomorrow. Cheers Darius
RMweb Gold Darius43 Posted October 3, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 3, 2020 This is a photo of a Peco code 75 to 100 adaptor track that is fixed to the end of a length of Peco code 75 bullhead track. Not the tidiest job in the world but it works I used standard Code 75 rail joiners to connect the adaptor track to the bulkhead track and then soldered the connection on the outside face of each rail to make the connection permanent as the joint is to located in the entrance to a tunnel so will be both hidden by and relatively inaccessible.
